Order Processing
All Littomaker stickers are custom-made. Production normally takes 3–5 business days after artwork proof approval. Orders are not sent to production until the proof is approved.
Delays in submitting artwork, responding to proof requests, or approving the proof will extend the production timeline.
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $60. Free standard shipping is available for orders of $60 or more.
Shipping charges and eligibility are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after production is complete. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect address information.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when available after the order ships.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.
We cannot guarantee address changes after production or fulfillment has begun. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows that a package is still in transit beyond the expected delivery window, contact us so we can review the shipment.
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, please:
- Check around the delivery location
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Allow up to two additional business days for the carrier to complete delivery
Then contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged or the order is materially different from the approved proof. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Confirmed production errors or shipping damage will be handled through a replacement, reprint, or refund as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
